Aung La N Sang defeats Brandon Vera via TKO at 3:23 of round two to retain the ONE Light Heavyweight World Title
    10/13/2019 1:40:50 PM
Brandon Vera continued to switch things up and attacked his rival, even causing him to slip a few times. However, the heavyweight seemed to tire and moved slowed, especially when more leg kicks came his way.
Soon, Aung La N Sang rocked the Filipino-American with punches and smashed him with a spinning back elbow. Vera copied and went for one of his own, but he missed and the Myanmar hero quickly pounced. He unloaded strikes, gave him no room to operate, and dropped him to the ground. Aung La N Sang rained down punches, and all Vera could do was cover until the referee stopped the contest.
    10/13/2019 1:40:37 PM
The energy in the arena was electric for the opening round. Aung La N Sang fearlessly stalked Brandon Vera with hard one-off strikes in the early going, but once the heavyweight king got into his rhythm, he got stronger. He switched stances, connected with punches, and short elbows. He even went for the Thai clinch and launched knees. At one point, the Myanmar hero tumbled to the floor, but quickly bounced back up.
    10/13/2019 1:33:19 PM
    What. An Atmosphere.
There is huge support for both men. It's going crazy and we haven't even started yet.
    10/13/2019 1:28:39 PM
Now, it is time for the main event!
Two-division ONE World Champion Aung La "The Burmese Python" N Sang defends the light heavyweight belt against ONE Heavyweight World Champion Brandon "The Truth" Vera.
Will the Myanmar hero leave with his gold, or will the Filipino-American realize his dream of becoming a two-division ONE World Champion?

Shinya Aoki defeats Honorio Banario via submission (D’Arce choke) at 0:54 of round one
    10/13/2019 1:08:12 PM
Shinya Aoki shoots for the takedown immediately. Banario stuffs it, but the Japanese grappler holds onto a body lock against the fence, drops him to the ground, locks in the D'Arce choke, and forces the tap.

Of course, Aoki runs up to the stage out of excitement. That is his fourth first-round victory in the past two years.
    10/13/2019 1:05:03 PM
Honorio Banario is about to rock, but Shinya Aoki is about to roll.
    10/13/2019 1:01:48 PM
The final co-main event of the evening will start shortly.
In a battle of ONE World Champions, former ONE Featherweight World Champion Honorio "The Rock" Banario goes toe-to-toe with former ONE Lightweight World Champion Shinya Aoki.
    10/13/2019 12:38:13 PM

Bibiano Fernandes defeats Kevin Belingon via submission (rear-naked choke) at 2:16 of round two to retain the ONE Bantamweight World Championship

    10/13/2019 12:35:58 PM
Belingon nearly tripped his Brazilian opponent with a monstrous leg kick, but Fernandes caught his second kick, drove him to the Circle's fence, and - despite the Filipino's best efforts -- spun him around for a takedown.
This time, Fernandes entered side control and he was determined to do something extraordinary. When Belingon tried to escape, the Brazilian jumped at his opportunity - literally. He hopped on the Filipino's back, locked in the body figure-four, and cinched his arm under the neck. Once the squeeze was applied, "The Silencer" had to tap.
    10/13/2019 12:33:14 PM
Following a brief feeling-out period, Bibiano Fernandes hit a double-leg takedown and operated out of side control. Kevin Belingon tried tying the Brazilian up to nullify his attack, but the well-established veteran found ways to inflict damage on his rival. He kept the quarters tight, punched the ribs with his left fist and threw short right fists to the head. By the time "The Silencer" returned to his feet, the bell had rung to end the round.
    10/13/2019 12:29:34 PM
Bibiano "The Flash" Fernandes and Kevin "The Silencer" Belingon are set to finally finish their rivalry. Fourth time is the charm, but who will leave the Circle with ONE Bantamweight World Title gold?
    10/13/2019 12:18:40 PM

Following Arjan Bhullar's victory over Mauro Cerilli, the Indian is ready to continue pursuing his dream of becoming the ONE Heavyweight World Champion. He said, "As a fighter, I’m here to be a World Champion. That’s my dream. [Brandon Vera] is living his dream tonight, and I deserve to live my dream too. Whether that’s next or whether that [title is] on the line, I'll still be in the gym, and I’ll stay healthy. That’s my job."

    10/13/2019 12:16:33 PM

Rodtang Jitmuangnon defeats Walter Goncalves via split decision to retain the ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Title

    10/13/2019 12:13:57 PM
The two went straight into a clinch position, striking with their knees at the start of the round. Rodtang increased the pace, but Goncalves threw a high front kick to his face. The Brazilian seemed to be exhausted, as he carefully placed his strikes – unlike the previous rounds. Meanwhile, Rodtang still furiously stuck with his strong punches and managed to steal a punch to the face with hooks until the end of the stanza.
    10/13/2019 12:12:52 PM
It seems the two were not running out of gas in the fourth round. They traded punches directly after the bell sounded, in which Rodtang again almost got a knockdown. At the middle of the frame, Rodtang taunted Goncalves, who was trying to avoid his punches. The two seemed to initiate more clinches as the round moved forward, and the referee had to separate the two after they stopped striking with their knees.
    10/13/2019 12:10:16 PM
The third stanza started with strong punches and kicks from the two, but Rodtang managed to get into the edges with his sweeps. The Thai native almost scored a knockdown, but not quite. Nearing the end of the round, Rodtang came forth with a blistering series of punches, using a combination of left and right hooks, which scored against Goncalves. Once again, this round ended with no conclusion.
    10/13/2019 12:06:11 PM
Round two continues with hard strikes at the first minute, as both athletes declined to retreat and directly went to the center in exchanges. The referee had to separate them a couple of times since the clinch went too far. But at the end of this round, Rodtang managed to sweep Goncalves' legs and dropped him onto the canvas.
    10/13/2019 12:00:42 PM

The bout started strong with Rodtang pushing his opponent to the side of the Circle. It went with striking exchanges, as Goncalves was pushing hard with his fast and heavy strikes. Rodtang managed to pin his opponent on the fence, all while capturing his kicks and replying with hard punches before slamming his opponent to the canvas. However, the round ended without any concluding results.
    10/13/2019 11:58:58 AM
Get ready for more ONE Super Series action!
"The Iron Man" Rodtang Jitmuangnon is ready to dance his way to the Circle to defend the ONE Flyweight Muay Thai World Championship against Walter Goncalves.
    10/13/2019 11:40:32 AM

Giorgio Petrosyan defeats Samy Sana via unanimous decision to claim the ONE Featherweight Kickboxing World Grand Prix Championship

    10/13/2019 11:35:30 AM
Sana faked his knee to get inside with punches, and when he was within reach, he threw his knee for real. Petrosyan remained strong, frequently entering the pocket with his punches and countering whenever the Frenchman moved forward. "The Doctor" kept throwing the teep and roundhouse, but Sana typically caught them and looked to counter.

With three rounds in the books, it's time for the judges to decide the victor - something that will be difficult to do.
    10/13/2019 11:33:44 AM

Sana looked to stay busy, but "The Doctor" tried to stay busier. Both men unleashed combos and while some strikes slid through the cracks, each man did an excellent job of playing defense.

Petrosyan started to break through with his low inside roundhouse kicks to the opposite leg, and crackling one-twos. To Sana's credit, he lunged forward with knees and went headhunting with his punches.
    10/13/2019 11:28:56 AM

Sana maintained the distance, landed some kicks, and held a high guard. When he threw some knees, Petrosyan came back over the top, and even kicked out his leg from under him. Brilliantly, the Frenchman connected with a body kick that dropped his Italian rival (it wasn't ruled an official knockdown). When "The Doctor" returned to his feet, he tried letting go of some combos, but Sana had scouted them out and defended well.
    10/13/2019 11:25:36 AM
It is time to hand out one more World Grand Prix belt and $US 1 million.
Sana and Petrosyan are making their walks to the Circle. Only one of them will leave a millionaire and with the title of the greatest kickboxer on the planet.
    10/13/2019 11:16:41 AM
    Who wants a million bucks?
If your name is Giorgio Petrosyan or Samy Sana, then you're minutes away from potentially getting it.
