Adam Noi defeats Victor Pinto via unanimous decision (ONE Super Series kickboxing - bantamweight)

    1/10/2020 12:31:30 PM
The Frenchman employed the same strategy to open the final round. He got right back in the face of Noi. Pinto's defense was on point early, which allowed him to pressure while avoiding the counter blows. Noi was able to get a little space and scored with a strong leg kick.
Noi dug to the body as he attempted to get his combinations going. Pinto egged him on as the Algerian started to get through his defense. They continued their high output right until the end of the contest. Those were stellar performances from both men in an incredible ONE Super Series showcase.
    1/10/2020 12:30:18 PM
Pinto rushed out, but Noi's counter striking was more effective. They found their way to the center of the ring and threw furious combinations that barely missed the mark.
Soon, Pinto landed a nice short left hook. Both men showcased lightning-quick strikes with incredible technique in the pocket, and the action was almost too fast to decipher who was getting the edge.
The Algerian went back to counter-striking as Pinto pressed forward. Each man was scoring, but neither man landed huge strikes. As Pinto came forward late, Noi was content to tie him up to stop his attack.
    1/10/2020 12:26:07 PM
Pinto pumped his jab out toward Noi right away to open the bout, but his rival soon scored with a quick body kick. They exchanged body kicks, but Noi was quick to come back with a second that landed cleanly. Pinto showed nice defense for the high kick attempts thrown by his opponent.
A strong outside leg kick landed from Noi. Right when Pinto started to come forward, Noi connected with a question mark kick to put him onto the canvas.
After Pinto answered the count, Noi took the tempo of the contest up a couple of notches as he tried to overwhelm the Frenchman. Pinto got to the bell to see a second round.

    Soon, the action continued.
"Diamond Heart" landed a right hand, which caught Han after the break, and then he tossed him to the canvas. The Algerian showed his strength at the end of the round. Han struggled to find a rhythm after the injury time.

Roel Rosauro defeats Yohan Mulia Legowo via unanimous decision (mixed martial arts - featherweight)
    1/10/2020 11:04:07 AM
Rosauro stormed into the final round with body shots, and Legowo replied swiftly with a takedown. However, the Filipino saw an opening, went to scramble, and he secured a better position on the ground. He went for the Indonesian's back, but "The Ice Man" managed to release himself and the two returned to their feet.
During the stand-up exchanges, Rosauro hit the liver, and then he threw strong punches to Legowo’s jaw. This was soon reversed into a takedown, but the pair did not stay on the ground for long.
In the final minute, the Filipino blasted his opponent with a strong kick to the jaw to end the match in good standing.
    1/10/2020 11:03:50 AM
In the early seconds of round two, Rosauro’s open finger from his punch hit Legowo's right eye, which caused another injury timeout.
The action soon continued with a strong striking exchange in the center of the ring, with the Indonesian deflecting incoming attacks and executing his counter-attacks to gain clean points.
Legowo changed his stance and pressed forward with strong punches, and then he stepped into a clinch where he fired off knees.
When the action slowed down, the referee warned the athletes to pick up the pace, and "The Ice Man" obliged. He went forward with clean shots and counter-strikes, but in the final 30 seconds, Rosauro landed some shots to the body.
    1/10/2020 10:56:55 AM
At the start of the round, Rosauro went forward with his striking skills. Legowo searched for a quick takedown, but he was battered with the Filipino's low kicks and punches.

Legowo tried to hit a takedown, but that was easily thwarted. After one of Rosauro's low kicks hit the Indonesian's groin, injury time was taken.

Fortunately, "The Ice Man" recovered and the match continued.

The duo returned to the center and, after two strikes, Legowo taunted his rival for more attacks. Each man seemed hesitant to step forward and strike, but in the last minute of the opening stanza, the two exchanged. Rosauro ultimately got the better of those exchanges, as he lead - and connected - with shots to the body.
